Sunshine Farlim Shopping Mall

Sunshine Farlim Shopping Mall is a two-storey shopping mall in Farlim. This shopping mall replaces Sunshine Farlim Hypermarket which is just a mile difference which opened 11 November 1999. With the opening of Sunshine Farlim Shopping Mall, Sunshine Farlim Hypermarket stopped is operations and closed. Sunshine maintains its position as the biggest retail operator in Ayer Itam.The new shopping mall occupies two floors, and has a total floor area of 371,600 sq ft / 19,675 sq meters. The ground floor is a department store selling clothes and fashion accessories. The first floor houses a supermarket. It is accessed by a set of travelators. In addition to the Sunshine Department Store and Supermarket, the shopping mall also includes other tenants including Bread R Us, Penang Chendol, Adventist Bakery, Body Glove Shop to name a few.

One-Precint

Formerly known as Bayan Central, One Precinct Penang is a shopping mall in Bayan Baru, Penang. One Precinct has a trendy office and retail complex is designed for the lifestyle and business requirements. Tesco Tanjung Tokong

Located in a suburb of George Town in Penang, Malaysia, bordering Gurney Drive and Tanjung Bungah, is Tesco Tanjung Tokong an international hypermarket chain, Tesco requires no introduction. Most patrons visit to grab groceries and household items, or occasionally a quick bite at the fast food joints in the malls. It also house’s the famous Swenson restaurant.

Island Plaza

Considered a small mall by standards, Island Plaza is located in Tanjung Tokong, a few kilometers apart from another mall Gurney Plaza. There is also Metrojaya, a big department store, is the anchor tenant inside. It also houses, the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and the Starbucks which both offers a good cuppa. For groceries, there is the infamous Cold Storage Supermarket which world wide range of groceries. At the 4th floor W Cinemax; the first 3D Cineplex in Malaysia. It is a very sophisticated and a classy place to visit.

All Seasons Place seems to be a happening place right here in down town Farlim, Ayer Itam. A strip mall by the renowned Belleview Group, it offers more than a regular shopping mall with the one of the best dining, healthcare and entertainment.
